Delivering Change is an exciting project created in response to a growing need for improved access to healthcare, improved health of women of childbearing age, and improved outcomes for babies and children in our community. Delivering Change: Healthy Families-Healthy Communities uses a Four-Pronged Approach to improving birth outcomes by focusing on improving the health of mothers and women of childbearing age; improving the health of infants & children; promoting and supporting breastfeeding; and educating, empowering and engaging fathers. Our organization believes in a healthy Geary County for ALL women, infants, children and families.
