Flint Hills Human Rights Project (FHHRP)

Details

The Flint Hills Human Rights Project (FHHRP) is a volunteer organization dedicated to serving the needs of queer folk, plus their friends and allies, in Manhattan, Kansas and the Flint Hills region of Kansas. The organization engages in political advocacy and education in an effort to support the community of the Flint Hills. FHHRP is led by its Board of Directors, who meet monthly. Members of the organization support the activities of FHHRP and enjoy connecting through social events, volunteering, and activism. 

Fee: Annual membership is $20 for individuals, $30 for households, and $5 for students. Most events are free and open to the public.

Meetings: FHHRP has monthly executive board meetings. Please email fhhrp@yahoo.com for more information.

Eligibility: Members of the Flint Hills region who are LGBTQ2+ or family, friends, and allies.
