Mission

Our mission has always been clear: to provide equal access to justice for all Kansans, regardless of income. 

Details

Provides legal information and representation to eligible low-income and elderly individuals. Cannot represent persons in criminal matters or cases that are fee-producing, such as insurance, worker’s compensation, or suits for damages. Cases covered are mostly public benefits, social security, and consumer and family law.
