Housing and Credit Counseling, Inc. is a non-profit agency founded in 1972. HCCI provides free counseling and education about budgeting, credit and credit building, debt payment, mortgage delinquency, rental housing issues (in funded areas), student loan payment options, and homeownership opportunities. HCCI is approved by HUD and accredited by the Council on Accreditation. HCCI’s mission is to counsel and educate all people to achieve their personal housing and financial goals.
